進口臥式離心泵結構說明:
泵為單吸或雙吸進口的臥式節(jié)段式多級離心泵,泵的口可以垂直向上或水平、排出口垂直向上布置描扯。主要有:進水段炼缰、中段、出水段铡碧、次級進水段、正導葉、反導葉遏插、正葉輪、反葉輪纠修、軸胳嘲、節(jié)流套、減壓裝置扣草、擋套了牛、軸承體、過渡管等零件組成辰妙;中段由高強度的穿杠螺栓和進出水段聯(lián)接鹰祸,泵的進水段、中段上岗、出水段之間的密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂金屬面硬密封福荸;轉子由裝在軸上的正葉輪、節(jié)流減壓裝置膀概、反葉輪疤草、軸套、軸承擋套等零件組成度限;軸承采用“固-游式”干油潤滑結構孩板,驅動端采用圓柱滾子軸承怨拍,末端采用角接觸球軸承;泵的工作室由進水段蛆删、中段灰蒋、出水段、次級進水段捅悦、正導葉萍捌、反導葉、過渡管等組成目露;轉子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環(huán)逗耕、導葉套等進行密封。

該系列泵轉子部分主要由軸及安裝在軸上的葉輪惯波、軸套摘肤、平衡盤等零件組成,其中葉輪的數(shù)量根據(jù)泵的級數(shù)而定漏峰。軸上零件通過平鍵和軸螺母緊固使之與軸聯(lián)成一體糠悼。整個轉子由兩端滾動軸承或滑動軸承支承,軸承按型號不同而定浅乔,均不承受軸向力倔喂,其軸向力由平衡盤平衡。泵在運行中允許轉子在泵殼中軸向游動童擎,不能采用向心球軸承滴劲。滾動軸承用油膩潤滑,滑動軸承用稀油潤滑顾复,并用油環(huán)進行自潤滑班挖,循環(huán)水冷卻。泵的進水段芯砸、中段萧芙、出水段之間的密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂密封,轉子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環(huán)假丧、導葉套等進行密封双揪,當密封環(huán)和導葉套的磨損程度己影響泵的工作性能時應予以更換。
