b.適用介質(zhì)溫度在-15℃～+120℃范圍內(nèi)酱晾，稀薄清潔且不含固體顆粒或纖維的液體.

1.    立式泵下部進(jìn)出水段上的箭頭顯示了介質(zhì)的流動方向赠飞，安裝時(shí)按箭頭所示連接泵的進(jìn)出口。

2.    臥式泵介質(zhì)的流動方向?yàn)閭?cè)進(jìn)雹纤，上出篙协。

3.    為確保電機(jī)能充分冷卻，安裝位置必須保持空氣流通墓趋，并嚴(yán)禁電機(jī)倒放以

及在電機(jī)上覆蓋物品粟朵。

4.    安裝管路時(shí)，要防止管路中積存空氣奈兢，特別是在泵的吸入端喻秩。

5.    泵兩側(cè)加裝閘閥，有利于清潔維修啼插。

6.    必要時(shí)娃肃，立式泵的電機(jī)接線盒的位置可依0°、90°掷漱、270°方向調(diào)整：

a.    卸下聯(lián)軸器罩粘室，不要拆聯(lián)軸器榄檬；

b.    卸下固定電機(jī)的螺栓卜范；

c.    轉(zhuǎn)動電機(jī)至需要的方向；

d.    轉(zhuǎn)動聯(lián)軸器鹿榜，調(diào)整電機(jī)使泵軸沒有卡滯及轉(zhuǎn)動不均勻現(xiàn)象海雪；

e.    擰緊固定電機(jī)的螺栓，裝上聯(lián)軸器罩舱殿。

7.    電機(jī)上的起吊螺栓孔不能用于整臺泵的起吊奥裸，整臺泵的起吊必須用鋼帶或其它類似的方式在電機(jī)座處起吊险掀。
