ZBJS/400型紙板精濾機(jī)產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Characteristics
　　紙板精濾機(jī)為ZBJS/400壤生、ZBJS/600和ZBJZ/1000三種規(guī)格，其中ZBJS/400和ZBJS/600為手動(dòng)液壓壓緊朝刊；ZBJZ/1000為自動(dòng)液壓壓緊耀里；三規(guī)格產(chǎn)品配上所需紙板后，可對(duì)已初濾，濁度值達(dá)到規(guī)定要求的液體進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的凈化备韧。根據(jù)紙板的性能可實(shí)現(xiàn)清過(guò)濾和無(wú)菌過(guò)濾劫樟，與前道過(guò)濾配合使用。具有運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠织堂，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低叠艳，操作方便，易維修保養(yǎng)易阳，節(jié)能效果明顯等特點(diǎn)附较。

　　● 可對(duì)果蔬汁、濃縮果汁潦俺、茶飲料拒课、果酒、葡萄酒事示、黃酒早像、果葡糖漿、高果糖漿暇寸、葡萄糖漿著平、植物提取物、制藥庸磅、添加劑枝捷、化工等進(jìn)行精密過(guò)濾。
　　Can carry on the fine filtration of fruits and vegetables juice, concentration fruit juice tea drink, ratafia, grape wine, yellow wine, fruit grape syrup, high fruit syrup, grape syrup, plant extraction, drugs manufacture, additive, chemical and so on. 
　　● 接在硅藻土過(guò)濾機(jī)后奋完，其效果比精濾前有明顯提高宽藏，濁度可降低0.2EBC以上，保質(zhì)期或延長(zhǎng)二至三個(gè)月淫兑。
　　Compare to the filtrate before fine filtration, the effect improve greatly while connected after the diatomite filter, the turbidities can reduce more than 0.2EBC, extend the guarantee time two to three months. 
　　● 可去除冷凝水中的TAB菌（耐熱菌）闺撩。
　　Can remove the TAB fungus (heat-resisting fungus) in the condensed water. 
　　● 可去除濃縮果汁中的TAB菌，減少果汁熱力殺菌的強(qiáng)度嫂藏，同時(shí)提高果汁的各項(xiàng)理化指標(biāo)榔夹。
