QGF-450型自動(dòng)桶裝線是水3加侖、5加侖桶裝飲用水生產(chǎn)之用慨代。整機(jī)集邢笙； 沖洗、灌裝品昭、封蓋功能于一體越化。是礦泉水、蒸餾水侍融、純凈水生產(chǎn)的理想設(shè)備疚逝。整機(jī)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼，耐腐崇夫，易清洗誊爵。主要電氣元件均采用S1EMENS、OMRON產(chǎn)品奕碑，氣路系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口AirTAC產(chǎn)品稻悴。該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地廠房小脆号，工作效率高且穩(wěn)定可靠赫裂，  自動(dòng)化程度高。操作工僅需二人寝话，是機(jī)電氣三位一體的全自動(dòng)桶裝設(shè)備今燃。

QGF-450 Barreled Production Line is composed of bottle washing machie,  bottle filling machine and sealing machine into one body especially for the production of drinking water of 3 and 5 gallons. It is an idea filling line to produce mineral water, distilled water and purified water. The whole line is made of superior stainless steel,  anti corrosive and easy to clean. Sidemen's electric components are adopted as main components. The world famous product of Air TAC and Omron are introduced in the air circuit systems. The machine is compactly conformed to small occupation of lａnd and high efficiency and reliable and stable quality andhigh automation. Only two operators are needed for a line, which is wholly automatic barreled equipment with motor, electric unit and air three in one.
